What is it?
Agile is an approach described by a set of principles and values that focuses on delivering valuable solutions. It promotes adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery, continuous improvement and encourages rapid and flexible response to change.
While PM²-Agile is fully aligned with the PM² Project Management Methodology and developed upon its successful legacy, it tailors and incorporates proven Agile and Lean best-practices from a wide range of globally accepted standards and methodologies, as well as relevant operational experience from the European Institutions.
