The purpose of Centre of Excellence in PM² is to provide the European Commission and EU Institutions with high-quality Project Management framework, support and consulting services. The CoEPM² supports the implementation of PM² internally, coordinates an inter-institutional Project Support Network (PSN) and promotes the use of PM² to Member States.
Originally mandated to develop, promote and support the adoption of the PM² Methodology, the CoEPM2 has expanded its scope to develop, maintain and promote additional methodologies including:
Enabling and supporting the use of Agile practices in any type of project or work activity
Supporting institutions and organisations using PM² to effectively run their programmes
Enabling managers to better manage and monitor their portfolio of programmes and projects
