Discover the PM² Methodologies
The PM² Methodologies are methodologies developed by the European Commission and open to all. Their purpose is to enable managers deliver solutions and benefits to their organisations by effectively managing the entire lifecycle of their projects, programmes and portfolios. The PM² Methodologies include PM² Project Management, PM²-Agile, PM² Programme Management, and PM² Portfolio Management.
The PM² Project Management Methodology has been endorsed as the official project management methodology by many EU institutions. It incorporates elements from a wide range of globally accepted project management best-practices.
The PM² initiative is supported by Digital Europe Programme, to bring the PM² Methodologies and their benefits closer to their broader stakeholders and user community.

The PM² Project Initiation Canvas and the PM² Project-End Canvas complement the PM² Artefacts, aiming to help project teams define key project elements during the Initiating Phase and capture lessons learned during the project’s Closing Phase

I pursued PM² Project Management training to bring structured project management to the European School. Implementing the methodology has greatly enhanced our project lifecycle, ensuring more systematic and successful delivery.
My main motivation to pursue a training in PM²-Agile was to understand how the methodology can help my team become more efficient. My experience was very positive and using the methodology makes a difference in my day-to-day work.
The PM² Project Management Methodology provides the opportunity to use the same language and approach, and to follow the same steps and actions, thus facilitating collaboration and teamwork. It is not always easy to apply the methodology, but if you build the right pillars, you can design any house you want!
