PM² at the ‘V4 Training for Research Project Managers’ 2024

For third time in a row, the Methodologies Office (Centre of Excellence in PM²) presented the European Commission’s open Project Management Methodology PM² at the ‘V4 Training for Research Project Managers’, which took place in Brussels from 11 to 13 March 2024.

Gregory Whye, PM² Methodology Consultant, led a session on ‘Good practices of project management’. It targeted a community of research project managers from the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia, as well as participants from Denmark, Ireland, the Netherlands, Romania, and Ukraine invited through the broader Informal Group of RTD Liaison Offices in Brussels. 

The focus of the session was the use of PM² Methodology when implementing projects funded by the European Commission. It included a presentation on the European Commission’s open project management methodology and terminology, followed by a workshop on drafting a project proposal using PM² as a good practice.
