PM² representatives were invited to speak at the IE webinar on how projects will shape the future of Europe.
Following the successful partnership in the development of the PM²-Programme Management guide, the European Commission and the Council of the European Union collaborate on a new guide aimed at supporting the implementation of Portfolio Management (PfM) in organisations.
In line with the French Presidency of the Council of the European Union, DIGIT’s Centre of Excellence in PM² (CoEPM²) has published the first translation of its PM²-Agile guide in French.
A key extension to the current PM² offering, the new guide incorporates agile values, principles and practices, making PM² applicable to Agile initiatives.
