PM² Leaflets Available on the PM² Portal

To address these and other frequently and infrequently asked questions, the Methodologies Office released the PM² leaflets which cover PM² Project Management, PM² Mindsets and PM²-Agile.

The leaflets provide a concise guide to project organisation, key phases, drivers, artefacts, and activities. Additionally, the PM² Mindsets leaflet offers practical advice and tips for applying PM² principles effectively.
