Description
What is Interoperable Europe Academy Seasonal School?
The Interoperable Europe Academy Seasonal School is an online flagship learning event dedicated to the practical implementation of the Interoperable Europe Act. It is organised by the European Commission and it brings together public servants from all levels of government, EU institutions, students, and practitioners from Europe to share experiences, tackle real-world challenges, and learn how to turn interoperability principles into practice.
PM² at the Interoperable Europe Academy Seasonal School
The session ‘Organisational Methodologies for Europe’ will present the PM² Methodologies as a practical approach for managing small or large projects in a structured and effective way. It will clarify key terms, address common misconceptions in project management and highlight selected PM² best practices. It will also introduce participants to a European Commission resource hub where they could immediately access additional materials on project, programme and portfolio management.
